• This weekly series teaches the fundamentals of yoga; basic postures, history, breathing and relaxation techniques. Taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility over a 6 week period. 

    Take your first step on the mat and let your love affair begin.

    Bring your yoga mat (we rent them for $2) and wear comfy clothing with an elastic waist band.
