• Beginner Yoga Series

    Have you ever wanted to try yoga but weren't sure where to start? Start right here.

    This series teaches the fundamentals of yoga; basic postures, breathing and relaxation techniques in a warm, welcoming studio. Taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility.

    Evening: 1x/wk over 6 wks 
    Dates: Mondays, Oct 28-Dec 9 (no class Nov 11)
    Time: 7:30-8:30pm

    Cost: $99+hst 

  • Bring your yoga mat (we rent them for $2) and wear comfy clothing with an elastic waist band and a bottle of water.
