In this 3-week series we'll breakdown and take a deeper dive into common postures, explore breathing and relaxation techniques in a fun and engaging manner. Taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility in a twice weekly practice.
**For students who have completed the Beginner Yogi Series or those who have some experience.

Bring your yoga mat (we rent them for $2) and wear comfy clothing with an elastic waist band.
