• Learn the Foundations of Yoga asanas/ postures in this 90 min workshop style class. The workshop will take a more in-depth look into the basic yoga postures that you encounter in almost every Hamsa Flow class. You'll leave this class with a better understanding of proper alignment in each posture along with how to modify or select an advance variation safely during your practice. The class is ideal for all ages and levels, whether your yoga journey is just beginning or you've been practicing for years this is the perfect opportunity to refine and grow your practice. You will leave this workshop understanding how to properly align your body, engage muscles and take your yoga experience to the next level.
