Join the fun with a yoga happy-hour designed just for kidlets! Kids also need to bring balance to their busy little lives. This class will focus on techniques of yoga play to bring relaxation, strength, confidence and inner fulfillment.
Parents and caregivers can join an adult class (Warm Flow) or relax with a hot beverage and treat at the Ginger Café (next door) while their little yogis are at play. Suitable for ages 5-12 (ish).
