Did you know that students who meditate before an exam perform better than students who do not?
Mindfulness and meditation have been demonstrated to reduce the symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression. Mindfulness-based techniques can drastically improve focus and concentration.
This 4-week series provides an introduction to learning mindfulness and meditation tools in a relaxed environment with other teens.
Ages 12-16 (ish).
Dates: Jan 10/17/24/31 (4 week session)
Times: Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm

P.S. Parents can also enjoy the Warm Flow yoga class in the next room at the same time.
