  • Each class breaks down a set of postures in detail as we explore what muscles groups are working, how to modify and find alignemnt for YOUR body
  • Yoga blocks are recommended however not required- you can substitute with firm books
  • The series is perfect for anyone brand new to yoga or those looking to get a refresher on popular postures
  • We recommend you take 1-2 classes per week and once you've completed the Beginner Series we encourage you to move on to our Gentle Movement classes
