    This 4wk series teaches the fundamentals of yoga; basic postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility.

  • During this 2 hour women’s only workshop we will move through a goddess inspired flow designed to help ignite your inner flame, recharge the body and nurture the heart. Allow us to guide through a powerful meditation along with some proven breathing techniques to help lower stress. Finally, learn some some Ayurvedic strategies that support, heal and nourish the nervous system and then join in  inspired chanting that calls upon the Divine female energy that lives within us all.
